	*UPDATE FOR TUESDAY 11/16 FROM PAT & DEBRA*
	Hi, Pat and Debra composed this note. (Debra liked Dan's idea of helping Pat communicating more directly, so she consulted with Pat as writing; "should we say this?" type of thing .) Written in Pat's voice: Today was a good day. I went to physical therapy, occupational therapy and to speech two times. Everything went OK.. My mat class was cancelled, but we did something else (which Debra couldn't decipher.) Eleanor Anderson visited today and had lunch with me. She's a friend of my mother's from back in Brainerd days. Later I had a nap. When Larry arrived we went downstairs and I had my hair trimmed. It feels good. Mike Pogliano visited on Sunday morning when Dan was here. He was very encouraging. His recovery from brain injury took a long time (1 year? 2 years?) but if you were to meet him now for the first time you wouldn't even know that he had had an accident. I really enjoyed seeing Dan and my "hall pass" to Red Rock. My right hands getting better. Tonight I held a spoon in my right hand and ate a whole bowl of soup. (Debra forgot to ask Pat how she wanted to sign off so she'll just leave it at Bye! More later! Love, Pat and Debra
